A SOUTH Coast man who obtained a dog from Bega pound and used it as shark bait has been fined $300 in Bega Local Court for cruelty. Police attended the wharf at Tathra where they saw the carcass of the dog with a number of large fishing hooks passing through it floating in the water. It wa
